PHILOSOPHY

Squibb Counseling Services offers compassionate, team-based mental health care in community, office, and outdoor settings across southern Oregon. We reduce barriers to high-quality, wrap-around support and deliver culturally and linguistically responsive care that honors the lived experiences of our rural community, including Spanish-speaking, tribal, and LGBTQ+ individuals.

PSYCHIATRIC + MEDICATION SERVICES

Psychiatric and medication services are offered as part of a collaborative, team-based approach to care. When appropriate, medication support is thoughtfully integrated with counseling to help manage symptoms and support therapeutic progress. Our team works closely together to ensure care is coordinated, individualized, and responsive to each client’s goals and needs.

Family Outdoor Moment

We offer in-person individual, couples, and family therapy with an approach tailored to each client’s unique needs. Sessions may include movement and experiential opportunities such as hiking in a park, animal-assisted therapy, and art or play-based interventions. In-home services are also available for individuals facing transportation challenges or who benefit from support within their home.

Secure virtual therapy sessions that offer flexibility and continuity of care from the comfort of your own space.

Therapeutic support provided in the home for individuals and families who benefit from services in their familiar surroundings.

Sessions that take place in community settings, incorporating movement, nature, and real-world experiences into the therapeutic process.

Therapy sessions that thoughtfully include trained animals to support emotional regulation, connection, and engagement.

Support Group Meeting
GROUP PSYCHOTHERAPY

Group therapy offers a supportive space for individuals to connect through shared experiences and peer support. Groups are offered in a variety of settings, including schools and community locations, and may also be coordinated in collaboration with a local equine center.

SKILLS TRAINING

Skills training supports individuals in building practical tools for everyday life, emotional regulation, and healthy relationships. Services are provided by Peer Support Specialists and Qualified Mental Health Associates, combining lived experience with professional guidance. Through structured skill-building and supportive connection, clients gain strategies that promote confidence, independence, and meaningful personal growth.

Classroom
CONTRACT SERVICES

Contract services are available for schools and organizations looking to incorporate or expand therapeutic and clinical programming. Options include assemblies, staff trainings, and individual and group clinical support.

*We are credentialed in the state of Oregon to supervise CSWAs, Marriage and Family Associates, and Professional Counselor Associates working towards licensure.

We provide coordinated support to help individuals and families access resources, navigate systems, and stay connected to the services that support stability and well-being.
