DISCOVER YOUR
PATH TO WELLNESS
What is necessary to change a person is to change his awareness of himself.

PHILOSOPHY
Squibb Counseling Services offers compassionate, team-based mental health care in community, office, and outdoor settings across southern Oregon. We reduce barriers to high-quality, wrap-around support and deliver culturally and linguistically responsive care that honors the lived experiences of our rural community, including Spanish-speaking, tribal, and LGBTQ+ individuals.

Our services support healing, connection, and personal growth through compassionate, individualized care grounded in a collaborative, team-based model.

PSYCHIATRIC + MEDICATION SERVICES
Psychiatric and medication services are offered as part of a collaborative, team-based approach to care. When appropriate, medication support is thoughtfully integrated with counseling to help manage symptoms and support therapeutic progress. Our team works closely together to ensure care is coordinated, individualized, and responsive to each client’s goals and needs.

We offer in-person individual, couples, and family therapy with an approach tailored to each client’s unique needs. Sessions may include movement and experiential opportunities such as hiking in a park, animal-assisted therapy, and art or play-based interventions. In-home services are also available for individuals facing transportation challenges or who benefit from support within their home.
